In this page you can enter competitions to do with your vegetable & fruit box.

RECIPE COMPETITION
  1. Think of a recipe to do with the box that you receive  between now and 11/12/09.
  2. Send it to me at jiya@fourseasonsfoods.org and we will  judge it.
  3. The best recipe and will receive three mouth watering bars of organic Green & Black's chocolate (dark, milk, white).                                                                                                                                 Also your recipe will be posted on the Four Seasons Foods webpage and your recipe will appear in everyone's boxes.
Entries by : Friday 11th December 2009
Recipes will appear in the Christmas week boxes by 18th December 2009.
