What can you expect in your box each week?

It is seasonal produce, and where possible it's local. We will always support our local organic growers, as that is important to us.

We grow our own vegetables and soft fruits for the boxes and genuinely believe our organic veg boxes are full of fresh, good quality produce that is honestly prices.

In the winter green leaves like Swiss Chard, Kale and cabbage will be alternated over the weeks, and leeks, calabrese, caulies, parsnips and beets etc will feature regularly but not exhaustively.

In the summer you will enjoy lettuces and mixed salads, new potatoes,
peas, beans, summer cabbages, and locally grown Mediterranean produce.

The quantity of vegetables appearing in your weekly box is determined by price rather than weight, hence the summer boxes tend to weigh much less, as there are fewer roots and more leaves. The picture is reversed in the winter

£12 fruit & veg box (small) - new potatoes, 1 x onion,     6 x carrots, 1 x cauliflower, 1 x lettuce, 2 x courgettes,      1 x ramiro pepper, 8 x mushrooms, bag of french beans,    4 x clementine, 2 x nectarine, 4 x bananas.

£12 veg box (small) - 18 x new potatoes, 8 x carrots,        2 x leeks, 1 x onions, 2 x courgette, cauliflower,                 250g french beans, 12 x mushrooms,                                 5 x round tomatoes, parsley, courgette, yellow pepper.

£17 fruit & veg box (medium) - 18 x potatoes new,         1 x onions, 8 x carrots, 2 x leeks, 1 x cauliflower, 12 x mushrooms, parsley bunch, 250g french beans, yellow pepper, courgette, 5 x round tomatoes, 2 x nectarine, 2 x peaches, 3 x bananas, 4 x clementines, 4 x apricot             

£17 veg box (medium) - 1kg potatoes colleen, 1kg carrots, 2 x onions, 1 x cabbage, 1 x basil pot, french beans, courgettes, celery, lettuce, , 4 x tomatoes, 8 x mushrooms, marrow, cucumber, fennel, 2 x red peppers, 4 x onions.

£22 fruit & veg box (large) - 1.5kg colleen potatoes,   750g carrots, 2 x onions, cauliflower, brocolli, celery, rocket bag, lettuce, 250g pencil beans, vine tomatoes,     12 x mushrooms, 1 x red pepper, mini cucumber, cherries, grapefruit x 1, slice of watermelon, 4 x clementines.
